watch with greater intent
and read them more
those unsaid, unheard words
go search beneath every
branch every page
that wisdom, that lies
confounded with tangles of confusion.
A Few Simple Lines
A collection of lines, I have managed to write over the years. Not many, but somethings that I was forced to write. Mostly based on simple thoughts and events.

For the sad one
A cold stale coffee
on a cold dark night
is the perfect cocktail
for the sad one.
A starless blue sky
on a winters night
is the perfect landscape
for the sad one.
A book of blank pages
in a dim lit room
is the perfect read
for the sad one.
The sad one, just is
stuck at the narrow end
of a tube to nowhere.
Blind of thought and
deaf of laughter.....
Unless, snap goes the
fingers of a magician.

A stupid's song
Let me just close my eyes
wander by, views of joy.
tumble in a pool of laughter
splash a smile, wave a hi!
hug a new friend, say hello
say goodbye & goodnight
take a ride on the bike
take a fall, on the beach.
just need to feel the air
take a look at the watch
like its a brand new time
pour a glass of lemonade
say my bye's and take a trip
watch a girl walk the street
catch a glint! its just ;-)
you dont need to read this
sing this or rhyme this
cos its just a stupid's song...

When we sit by our Windows
Sitting on a chair across the window
throwing a glance over the field of
bricks and bars; the jungle rumble
echoing through in caucus tumble,
leaves you troubled and bubbled.
To leave this troubled life's stance
you have a million reasons, but
reasonless, why a path you cant figure.
You have trodden down few paths
that led to illusions of heaven,
only to splash eventually in
the wake, drifting between dream
and reality; spate with confusion.
"How do I move on, should I
walk, run or just pray; give me a
call, a sign, a map, an omen", you cry.
Just so you could climb out of here.
"Veer right or bend left, leave me a hint."
Punish us not for failing the maze that
our past generations created. Its
not a pretence, but caused of destitution.
Now, a reason and meaning you scour
pillaging your thoughts for even a reason
might just bestow power enough to
move on until, that day when all
would seem green, and you can
breathe free again, by your window.

Incomplete Memory
oh! i remember how we met
how you stood waiting
in front of the church
and how i drew crazy
through the traffic to
reach before you moved on
oh i remember how we met again
you had a swatch to repair
and i, a heart that needed care
And we walked like strangers
so as to not draw attention
from our hometown rangers
ah! what a memory!
it delights the moment
every time i think about it
its a memory of no regret
something i cant forget
(i dont know if this poem is complete, or has more to be written? hence, leaving it the way it is without punctuations, full stops or a proper title...)

In the wake of a flood called ´LOVE´
I was content in my world
happy for people around me
happy for my family
happy in the world around
however bad shape it were in
I was all I ever wanted
never felt the loneliness in
the time spent at night
either in bed or on the road
or on the ledge of a seat.
It was all life was, a simple
cast of simple equations
in no conflict with each other.
Until that moment when that
midget- known infamously as
love, the infliction of the heart;
trod down my path, splat on
me its colours & washed me away!
Ah! all that colour was really heady
but its true bloodiness only showed
when it drowned itself out on me.
Oh, the rock, the island I was
could no more float on my own.
Still awash in a wave of time
flowing in from the past, leaves
me devastated in its wake.
Life as it were, may be never
possible again, the flood of love
has drained me of my blood of life
I wait for the flood again, now
hoping for it to restore what it washed
away, by silting back what it took away.
the lines are getting thicker as I wane away
just in hope, hopefully not in vain...
all I am doing now, is faking it
and with eyes on the horizon
all I have is a prayer for those around me!
Cos, I just want to get back what I lost once!
happy for people around me
happy for my family
happy in the world around
however bad shape it were in
I was all I ever wanted
never felt the loneliness in
the time spent at night
either in bed or on the road

A thing about happiness
merry many people i saw on these roads
laughing talking just having fun...
is it the time of year, i ponder
or is it that i never saw.
If it be the former, why
do we look for a reason to be gay
why do we need a reason to be happy
why aren´t we happy just to be happy
and why does it the take the name
of a cause to allow ourselves to be happy
why do we search for a cause?
we all have happiness just in measures
but it is all worth the wait and the search
cos its experienced the best in its frailty.
